Been in almost exactly the same position, Rob!! Although I do have to say, as far as airports go, Singapore is probably one of the best I\’ve stopped at. Great blog post.

Ah! That’s why I always say, Changi Singapore is one of the best airports I’ve been to. Not used the pool though.
Thanks for the comments Sheila. I think everyone I know who has been to Changi is of the same opinion. I’ve subscribed to your blog and looking forward to the updates.
Hi Nisha,
I think a lot of other airports could learn a thing or two for transit passenger comfort although I’m not sure if a rooftop pool at London Heathrow would be very popular
Yupp..true, U can spend your entire nite there at the best /highest quality of aitport environtment.. For those who has more than 3hour transits, just have some relax sleep @ T3 rest area, they provide some warm blanket and some of PC to get free emails, Nice, and still I’m trying to release my article bout this,soon..
If you thought that an airport was just a place to fly in and out off then think again. Modern technology and the luxury revolution have converted it into more than just a transit lounge. Airports now have everything from restaurants, shopping malls, and entertainment arcades, to even places where you can get your hair cut and buy groceries after you have gotten off your flight.
Singapore ! I’m on my second visit here and its such beuuaiftl country. The national language is Malay and ENGLISH so don’t worry about that The people speak at least 4 main languages ,English,Malay.Chinese and Indian and English is taught in all the schools so you should have no problem The country has so much to offer its visitors and the people are so friendly you’ll love it .Fantastic transportation systems,top-notch attractions, beuuaiftl river walk, got to be the greenest city in the world and its only 7 1/2 hours flight to Japan and the same to Australia so why not try all three.
